**DRIVERS LICENCE MANDATORY**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and replace various types of roofing materials, including flat roofs, pitched roofs, gutters, facias & soffits.
- Inspect roof structures to determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
- Safely operate hand and power tools necessary for roofing tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide estimates and timelines for roofing projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a roofer or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
