Personal Executive Assistant

**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling office documentation.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement, IT, equipment maintenance, facility management, and related tasks as required.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and expenses. Ensure cost-effective procurement and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Responsibility for a team of up to 5 administrative staff.
- Provide supervision and guidance to administrative staff.
- Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
- Overseeing arrangement of travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees at projects across the world.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Supporting the Managing Director through diary management, meeting management, scheduling and managing certain key projects/areas in the business.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager/personal assistant supporting an individual and/or team in an administrative capacity.
- Experience of complex diary management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in dealing with international customers desirable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
