**Job Title**:Bundled Services Supervisor

**Work Location**: Middlewich/Jet2

**Reports to**: Account Manager

**Hours/pay rate** 42hours per week, £15.10ph

**Role Overview**:
You will report to the Account Manager whilst working closely with our onsite Client and maintaining a highly visible presence.

Visitors to the site are at the heart of what we do, as such you are required to maintain a high level of customer focus at all times and ensure all staff follow your lead.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to Account Manager, supervise the soft service team looking after Security, Cleaning and Guest Services, which operate a 365-day, 24/7 service. Focus on their performance in terms of uniform, standards of cleanliness and professional behaviour whilst on duty.
- Work closely with the Site Cleaning/security team, and cross over where necessary to cover the cleaning duties and supervision
- Be responsible for the supervision of a flexible workforce, ensuring that resources are directed to where they are required.
- To ensure as high a standard of security as possible is maintained onsite.
- Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond the level required.
- Protect our client’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- At all times be aware of your body language whilst on duty.
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully at all times on our client’s premises
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents, taking accurate notes of all unusual occurrences
- Have a proactive approach, be alert and eliminate problems before they progress.
- Support the Account Manager with investigations as required where the process or outcome may be particularly sensitive or have serious implications for the security of the site and its staff.
- Ensure all necessary audits and inspections have been carried out and equipment is in serviceable condition.
- In conjunction with the Account Manager, ensure that staffing levels are always sufficient.
- Support the Account Manager in carrying out team appraisals.
- Advise the Account Manager or in their absence the Jet2 security Manager of any security issues, incidents, and exceptional matters as appropriate.
- Carry out regular site audits to ensure that Local Operating Procedures are adhered to by all members of the site team, rotations must be equal and fair.
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Ensure all fire alarm activations are responded to appropriately in accordance with site procedures.
- Assist with new starter inductions/training.
- Facilitate staff breaks.
- Cover any shift absences as required.
- Act in the role of First Aider.
- Complete any reasonable management instruction as directed by Andron or Client Management
- Conduct vehicle and staff search's

**Person Specification**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous security supervisory experience
- SIA License required (DS) cctv desirable
- Honest and trustworthy
- Ability to stay calm in difficult situations
- Ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility and patience
- Excellent relationship builder with clients
- Willingness to learn Cleaning duties and train to BICSc requirements
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Health & Safety focus and experience
- Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Ability to multi task and prioritise

**Compensation & Benefits**:
