**Corporate Tax Senior**

**Salary**: £50,000 - £55,000

Our Client's Central Region (Milton Keynes, Northampton, Peterborough), has grown substantially over the last year and to support this growth, they are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior on a permanent basis.

**What tasks does this role include?**

Manage the control of the tax compliance function for tax returns, P11Ds and CT61s.

Review corporation tax computations and corporation tax returns.

Prepare complex personal and partnership tax returns.

Provide technical advice to other members of the team on all heads of tax, including corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, VAT and employment tax.

Have a sound understanding, technical knowledge and experience of all taxes, especially relating to employment tax and corporation tax.

Assist in the computations of pre-year end tax planning for personal tax clients and corporate clients.

Have direct contact with all clients to assist clients and deal with any issues arising.

Prepare fees for work completed.

Identify tax planning opportunities for clients.

Be aware of changes and intended changes to tax legislation and the potential effects on clients.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- ATT qualification
- Varied, practical and technical tax knowledge with minimum 2 years practical experience
- Able to train junior members of staff
- Communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ad hoc advisory work
- Commercial awareness and client focus
- Problem solving and decision making
- Ability to work well under pressure
