**Bathroom Fitter / Level Access Shower Fitter**

£33548 P/A with potential to move on to £36878 once trained and competent to fit Level Access Showers

We are seeking an experienced bathroom fitter with great plumbing, tiling and carpentry skills. You will be expected to be able to undertake a refurbishment from beginning to end (apart from electrical or gas work). You must be able to undertake work that is to industry best practice and with an excellent finish and attention to detail. You must also be able to show great customer skills and teamwork.

If you are a multi trade bathroom fitter with these skills, we will train you to become a level access shower fitter for our disabled adaptations teams.

**Bournemouth Building and Maintenance Ltd**

Bournemouth Building and Maintenance Limited (BBML) is a BCP Council wholly owned operating company. It provides professional maintenance and construction services within the local area.

**What we do**

We undertake planned and responsive maintenance for Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council’s owned housing stock and corporate properties.

In addition, we have a number of private clients, particularly in areas such as grant funded disabled adaptations.

You are;
Excited to be trained in fitting level access showers, wet room fitting, disabled adaptations work.

Able to carry out domestic plumbing, showers, waste pumps, radiator moves.

Able to carry out basic carpentry, to create boxing, occasional studwork, installing tuff form trays.

Equipped with exceptional tiling skills, completing all types tiling to a good standard including Mosaic border tiles.

Experienced in minor plastering to be able to dot and dab walls and bonding walls if required but training on this can be provided.

Able to screed to a fall for level access showers in solid floors but training can be provided on this.
