Masterclass Education are working with a SEMH all through school who are current require a behavioural support assistant to work and aid students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.

The school has many fabulous amenities to enable and support all the students. They provide all the students with all the tools they need to succeed with their education. The school were looking to expand and are needing behavioural support assistants to join their amazing team.

As a behavioural support assistant, you are expected to support students with social emotional and mental health needs. You will need to be able to build a strong and a trusting relationship, support them with their schoolwork but also be the someone that they can talk to if they need to.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with an individual (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling pupils to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**
