Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm one week, and 8.30am - 5.30pm the alternate week with 1 hour for lunch. Employees are contracted to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 8am - 5pm) each month, however, when peak periods slow down this maynot be required. Weekends are paid as overtime at time and a half.

**_Duties:_**
- **_Streetworks Administrator_** will ensure the closure of permits within a 2hr window
- Accurate registration of all jobs, ensuring all outstanding works are recorded and monitored
- Report and monitor of defect inspections
- Responsible for permit extensions
- Ensure all SLAs are met
- Liability reporting and actioning, run reports
- Ensure outstanding works are recorded and monitored
- Log all defects, monitor, and publish weekly
- Log interim to perms, monitor, and publish weekly to all relevant persons
- Permits for defects/interim to perm works requested once all relevant detail received

**_Experience required:_**
- Previous streetworks experience is essential
- NRSWA noticing experience / knowledge preferable
- Experience working within the Utilities industry
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
