**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Business Management:

- Maintain a group business plan (including preparing and maintaining subsidiary business plans when appropriate).
- Maintain a group environmental policy document.
- Maintain a group sustainability strategy document.
- Prepare Directors’ expenses and submit receipts to the accountant monthly.
- Coordinate Directors’ calendars to ensure efficiency on all matters.
- Attend interviews with new employees.
- Manage inductions and ongoing training of new employees.
- Manage equipment and supplies of all directors and employees.
- Liaise with third-party HR company to ensure all HR and compliance matters are correct.
- Liaise with IT and Comms companies on support matters where required.
- Business Development and Marketing:

- Maintain all directory documents to ensure regularly updated and contact is monitored.
- Assist in preparing investor directory and maintain document to ensure regular contact and good relationships.
- Prepare a business development plan and forecast financial targets and growth predictions.
- Meet existing and potential property agents and build positive relationships.
- Meet existing and potential private investors and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate and manage branding and content with marketing companies.
- Coordinate and manage annual business charity donations / events.
- Coordinate and manage annual entertainment events and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage PR and Press releases.
- Coordinate and manage social media strategy and updates / posts.
- Professional:

- Attend all necessary professional meetings with the directors and prepare minutes and chase actions.
- Assist in the coordination of legal matters and manage legal tracker.
- Assist in the preparation of pre-acquisition investor reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly investor progress reports.
- Coordinate design team meetings between Artium and professional teams and prepare minutes and chase actions.
- Assist property management team with portfolio mobilisation.
- Assist property management team with the monitoring and reporting of the portfolio performance.
- Assist property management team in the monitoring and maintenance of all statutory and contractual compliance and legislation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, key stakeholders, residential and commercial occupiers, contractors, local authorities and other partners to ensure smooth running of the portfolio.
