We are working on behalf of our client to find a talented Recruitment Executive who is looking to grow and develop their skills within a progressive global organisation that possesses a genuinely inclusive and friendly culture, by supporting their busyrecruitment operation. This role would suit an established recruitment administrator looking to develop their skill set within an established HR team.
Role Purpose
You will on-site (2 to 3 days week) near Bristol, reporting to the recruitment manager, as an embedded member of the HR team and liaising directly with the HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and Hiring Managers throughout the business.
Your role will be split between hiring and administration. Here's what you can expect to be doing:
Hiring Support:

- To work in close collaboration with Cogito and customer stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on-time and in full accordance with the project brief
Administration Support:

- Placing recruitment adverts on the company website, job boards and social media
- Arranging interviews in accordance with our customer requests
- Sending new vacancy request forms to hiring managers
- Managing recruitment inbox and actioning as appropriate
- Maintaining a high level of contact with applicants including interview outcomes and interview preparation
- Prepare recruitment spreadsheet and other reports as required for HR business partners
- Sending new starter packs to managers
- Gathering interview notes from hiring managers and updating the ATS system
- Booking and supporting internal and customer review meetings
About You
As a recruitment executive, you are someone who has strong administrative, organisation and communication skills who thrives in a team working environment. You will excel by working in close collaboration with the onsite HR teams to execute your tasks and enhancethe quality of service we deliver to our customers.
You are:

- Someone with a passion for administration and organisation
- Able to juggle many tasks and supporting with last minute requests
- Someone who is competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) conducting your administrative tasks to high degree of accuracy
- comfortable working in a KPI environment.
