**What's involved with this role**:
**Temporary Business Administrator/Resourcing Assistant
- HR Resourcing**

- Support the Resourcing team with administrative tasks involved with the onboarding of talent.
- Achieve successful time to hire outcomes.
- Provide reports as required and assist with analysing data to improve effectiveness.

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Ability to support an in-house resourcing team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working in a fast paced/target driven role, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills in Excel and a fast learner of new systems.
- Calmness under pressure, with a great team ethic and able to proactively contribute to the team’s success in an ever changing environment.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
