**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You will be a member of the GlobalOperations Team and play a key part in enabling our recruiters to be successfulin their role by supporting license management, training activities, andupdating our SharePoint.

In addition, you will help us increating awareness around Talent Acquisition / Hiring topics across SiemensEnergy. We want you to be an active talent ambassador internally and onexternal social media platforms. And yes -reporting, fine-tuning of PowerPointslides will be in your area of responsibility as well.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Support our experts on various topics and projects in the area of Talent Acquisition
- Help our community by sharing and maintaining content on global SharePoints
- Help shape the transformation of the global Talent Acquisition team
- Work with external partners of our recruiting tools
- Learn our processes by regularly creating reports, maintaining a dashboard, and analysing data
- Create presentations and posts on global Talent Acquisition topics

**What you bring**
- Gained first relevant practical experience (internships, student jobs)
- Affinity for numbers and enjoyment to work with Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoyment of interpreting data to help influence and educate colleagues and other stakeholders
- Effective communicator and a proactive mentality with high level of organisational skills
- Interested in working in an agile and vibrant environment
- Proficient in English and German would be considered as an advantage to work in our multi-cultural environment

Global Operations is a small team inTalent Acquisition located in the Headquarter in Munich, Germany, ensuring thatrecruiters can be successful in their role. In addition, we lead the recruitingpart of our Siemens Energy Graduate Program, have the Global Governance for ourEmployee Referral Program & Selection/Assessment topics and help shaping ourTA Transformation.
