Schools Co-ordinator

We are seeking a strong administrator to join our established team. We are an approved provider for Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Bedfordshire Councils as well as for the National Tutoring Programme, working to support students who need additional academic support outside of the traditional school setting.

You will be responsible for day to day contact with our council and school clients; liaison with our tutors who work with council and school students; co-ordination of new programmes; and ongoing support for existing clients. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a positive and friendly attitude. Computer literacy and time management skills are essential. Experience of working in schools and in a sales environment would also be beneficial.
- The role will include specific responsibility for:

- Understanding the requirements of council and school clients
- Working with our tutor recruitment team to ensure tutors are available to fulfil the programmes
- Data entry and administration of the Tutor Doctor CRM system
- Day to day customer service

The post is part time - 10am - 4pm, 3 days a week Wednesday to Friday, during term time. Working during some school holidays may be required.

The role will be based in our office in Saffron Walden, but can be combined with working at home.
