Site Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced fully qualified and confident site carpenter. You must be someone with real enthusiasm for the skills and abilities that you will bring to our workplace.

You must be experienced at all aspects of 1st and second fix carpentry, cut & trussed roofs, kitchen fitting and will ideally have had experience of working within a pricework capacity in the not so distant past..

Capable of working from architects drawings and planning your workload to meet programmed completion dates.

Must be capable of working alone and as part of a team. You will be expected to engage constructively with our existing team and be prepared to engage positively to take on a teaching and mentoring capacity for our carpentry apprentices.

You will be undertaking carpentry works for new builds / property renovations and large scale extensions to properties generally within a 40 minutes drive from newton abbot. Under the direction of our site management staff, although would happily consider Carpenters with site management experience.

You must have a positive attitude. Plenty of energy and capable of turning out exceptional quality works. Its not all about you and what you bring, it is also about the positive attitude, the way you contribute as part of our team and the way you inspire others to perform at their best.

The Position is offered with a competitive salary, company van with company fuel card.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
