Paradigm Landscapes aim to provide a variety of hard and soft landscaping services to both residential, social and commercial properties, as well as delivering high value contracts for major housebuilders and infrastructure businesses. Paradigm Landscapes Ltd are actively seeking to recruit experienced Landscaping Operatives.

**Job Role**:
Working on commercial, or residential landscaping sites throughout Scotland, our landscape contracts can involve all aspects form soft and hard landscaping operations from drainage and paving to laying turf. As an experienced Landscape Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of manual landscaping duties under the guidance and direct supervision of the Landscape Operations Manager.

You will generally be working with others however occasionally you will be required to work under your own initiative without close supervision. We have teams that undertake hard landscape works, soft landscape works and grounds maintenance operations. The contracts that we undertake are very varied and the industry is seasonal by nature, therefore you be involved in a variation of hard and soft landscaping operations.
- Hard Landscape Works
- Laying kerbs, timber edgings, block paving, tarmac surfacing, slabs and sandstone paving
- Operate a wide range of power tools including disk saws, drills etc. and operate different items of plant including mini excavators and dumper trucks.
- Assisting in the construction of stone or brick walls and retaining structures, paths, driveways, patios and car parks.
- Assisting in the erection of street furniture/play equipment and various types of fences
- Soft Landscape Works
- Cultivation and preparation of ground for turfing, seeding or planting and soil, laying turf, sowing seed, positioning and planting of plants, trees and shrubs, providing ongoing aftercare.
- Promote the company ethos and professional image at all times
- Work in accordance with the company’s health and safety policy

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification and/or relevant construction/plant operations SVQ.
- Driving Licence

**Package**:

- Salary Banding - £23,000 to £27,000 per annum
- Company Pension

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per month
