Care Supervisor

McCarthy Stone are looking for a **Care Supervisor **to join the team at our Retirement Living Plus development, **Sydney Court in Sidcup.** Sydney Court was built in 2017 and consists of 50 apartments designed for the over 70's in mind that may or may not need care.

**Hourly rate**: £13.82 day shift rate and £11.28 night shift rate per hour, plus receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

**Hours: 33.5** hrs a week - A mixture of day shifts and nights shifts on a rota basis

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
