Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting global organisation in Bristol with the recruitment of a Internal Resourcing Manager, this is a lead position where you will take ownership of Business Support recruitment and manage a team of 2-3 recruiters,this is a permanent full time post paying £45-50,000pa.

Bristol / Hybrid working
Main Purpose of Role:
Accountable for effective, values and employer brand-aligned, hiring (internal and external) service to all Business Support function vacancies.
Resourcing Responsibilities:
*Proactively lead and develop the Business Support resourcing team to manage and establish a fit for future resourcing function
*Oversee all end to end recruitment activity, manage own vacancies including senior hire and high-profile campaigns
*Design and deliver streamlined recruitment processes, making continuous improvements to meet stakeholder need - to include maximising existing software, contributing to new software development and managing system and process implementation
*Responsible for the provision of all resourcing process collateral and communication and ensuring an 'on-brand' feel
*Work in partnership with HR and Business Support Functions business leaders to research and develop a consistent employer brand and recruitment channel strategy.
*Identify opportunities to promote employer brand, and act as an ambassador for the business including use of social media platforms and job fairs
*Undertake resourcing solution research and select, manage and negotiate with suppliers, including outsource and RPO, PSL and agency. Establish robust cost management and ensure all resourcing partner suppliers meet SLAs
*Manage and reprioritise workload in accordance with evolving business and commercial priorities. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, pushing-back where needed to ensure business priorities are met
*Monitor vacancy progress and rapidly alter and redirect strategies for open roles when facing challenges or lag in time to hire
*Provide a high-quality resource service to hiring managers including through development of self-service solutions and providing coaching and advice
*Develop and implement effective selection methods, identify hiring manager upskill opportunities and development solutions
*Ensure resourcing adherence with all relevant legislation, including GDPR and right to work
*Lead and/or support additional resourcing and HR project work and activities as required
Person Specification/Competencies:

- Ability to lead in accordance with company values
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapting to continuously evolving business demands
- A successful track record in leading and developing an in-house resourcing function implementing resourcing strategies, processes and systems, and managing high-value supplier relationships
- Experience developing internal stakeholder relationship strategies, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ability to identify resourcing data requirements, analyse data and establish meaningful insight to drive improvements
- Solution oriented commercial awareness with ability to reassess and prioritise workload of self and others to meet business need
- Self-motivated, working autonomously with high level direction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written using traditional and contemporary channels
- Knowledge of UK employment law
