**Full time**:37.5 hours per week
**Shift times**:Monday -Friday (flexibility required to include early and late shifts and occasional weekends)
**Permanent contract**
**Salary**:£25,837-£28,708 (DOE)
Our outpatient facility at The Shard offers exceptional care across a range of medical specialties from orthopaedics to women’s health and as a Healthcare assistant you will provide and deliver customer service to a world class level for our patients, visitors and consultants.
As a health care assistant, you will work under the guidance of a registered nurse. Assist in organisation of clinics, chaperoning and assisting medical staff in outpatient procedures.
Rated as 'outstanding' by the CQC, the London Bridge Hospital campus in South East London encompasses an outpatients and diagnostic centre in The Shard; the large world-class hospital based at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, which is on the top four floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre; and outpatient and diagnostic centres across the City, Canary Wharf and Kent.
With 160 beds, 22 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations

**What **you’ll** bring**:
- Previous experience in healthcare / Hospital
- Evidence of updating clinical skills/knowledge
- Ability to assist in co-ordinating the outpatient area
- Evidence of professional and personal development
- Phlebotomy
- NVQ in Health and Social Care/Care certificate
