Driver Trainer

A leading multi model logistics business is looking for a Driver Trainer to oversee their fleet and drivers in the Alconbury depot. The role will be responsible for managing drivers in regard to training, assessment and compliance for around 40 HGV drivers.
The role is centred around safety and driver welfare. You will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance for drivers and fleet is managed and maintained; training is provided to all drivers regularly including the relevant CPC hours; and the overall managementof the drivers in regard to their performance and motivation. The role will be based in the Alconbury Depot and will require time in the office as well as time on the road for assessment/training.
The role will be working Monday - Friday with some flexibility required around start times but usual start times between 6am-9am. The hours will be 45 hours a week usually working 10 hours per shift. On offer is a basic salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annumwith opportunity for further earnings through an annual bonus and company incentives.
