Clear Links is the largest specialist provider of support workers to students in the UK. We work alongside universities, assessment centres, employers and apprenticeship providers to deliver a first-class support service. This role supports our expansion of our learner support provision to achieve sustained growth.
**Your Role**:
The role of the Partnerships Lead is to support the team in building positive and lasting relationships with stakeholders to maximise engagement and increase our partnerships. This would be done via a range of activities such as building new relationships, marketing activities and submission of bids & tenders. This role encompasses end-to-end business development, from generating leads to sales meetings and securing new clients.
- You will have significant experience in a business development environment with proven track record in lead generation and account management.
- You will also lead, manage and further develop events and marketing materials to promote apprenticeships and other learning support service to a range of stakeholders.
- A good knowledge of apprenticeships, learning support funding and funding rules will be advantageous.
- You will have experience of writing successful bids & tenders in a commercial environment.
- Experience of managing a full-cycle deal from lead through to closed-won is essential.
- You will demonstrate the ability to develop a good rapport with a wide range of clients at various levels of authority.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Brilliant IT and organisation skills are required to be successful within this post.
- Be confident and enthusiastic in delivering engaging and motivating presentations to a diverse audience.
- Use digital and social media to advertise Apprenticeship Support Provision to independent training providers.
- Able to work within a busy team environment.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
