Fibre Operative

Due to an increased workload, we are looking for Spray up (chop method) GRP laminators with experience.

You will be working at our manufacturing facility in Summerlands (Nr Kendal) helping to make a variety of products utilising a range of manufacturing methodologies.
- Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Preparing and gel coating moulds
- Following a set process to manufacture GRP products
- Accurate cutting, preparing and finishing of products
- Assisting to accept deliveries to the factory
- Assisting with despatching finished products
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience of trimming and finishing would be an advantage.
- Relevant safety training would be advantageous but, will be provided.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
