An extremely well regarded and Legal 500 ranked firm are searching for a Corporate lawyer to join their team in Lewes. The firm are a regional front-runner. They have a significantly low staff turnover meaning this is a firm that will develop your skills whilst being part of a pleasant and friendly team.The caseload will be varied and will include advising on private company sales and acquisitions; shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements and investments; corporate restructurings; commercial agreements; banking; and company law. You will bepart of a team of reputable lawyers who will support you in reaching your potential. You will also have the opportunity to hone your skills in networking and business development. To be successful in your application, you will: - Be a qualified solicitor ora trainee solicitor approaching qualification - Have completed a seat in Corporate law (if qualifying via training contract) or have an understanding of Corporate law (if qualifying via the SQE). - Be driven, inspired and ready to hit the ground running witha nationally recognised team.
