**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Creative Copywriter to join our in-house Creative team and craft compelling copy for teams across the British Heart Foundation. You’ll be working on a range of briefs, creating the kind of copy that inspires readers and turns good intentions into actions.

As part of your day-to-day, you’ll interrogate briefs and come up with creative solutions, liaising with clients and presenting your work with conviction as a champion of our brand, tone of voice, and team.

**Working arrangements**

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

**About you**

You don’t need years of copywriting experience under your belt. We’re looking for someone who wants to develop within a small, but stellar, in-house team.

Obviously, you’ll need to be a wizard with words - we’re competing with hundreds of worthy causes, so your copy needs to stand out in a crowd. And you’ll need a meticulous eye when it comes to grammar.

This is a hands-on role and there’s always a high demand for copywriting, so you’ll need to be able to work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a sense of pride in your work.

We’re a friendly bunch at the BHF and we’re looking for someone similar. So, you’ll need to be good at motivating and inspiring others too But, most of all, you’ll be inspired by the BHF’s amazing work and be ready to raise the game when it comes to all things copywriting.
