**TEACHING ASSISTANT - RECEPTION CLASS - MORECAMBE**

**The Lancashire Teaching Agency (LTA) are the partnership agency with Lancashire County Council, and we are now recruiting for a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Morecambe to support a pupil in Reception.**

**Duties will include personal care.**

**The hours will be 12PM until 3.15PM, Monday to Friday. Additional hours would also be available.**

**The role is to start immediately is likely to continue throughout the academic year.**

**The Teaching Assistant will**:

- Hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of EYFS curriculum including; Phonics, Maths and Literacy experience
- Have experience with working with pupils with Special Education Needs
- Have previous experience within a primary school setting
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about developing a pupil learning, and social needs.
- Have the ability to develop good relationships with children and adults
