**Job Description - Store Manager**

We're looking for someone who is fully flexible Mon-Sun

You will be a dynamic leader for your team, making delicious sandwiches to customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the day to day operations of the store
- Controlling stock and undertaking weekly stock counts
- Cash control, including banking change
- Ordering stock and ensuring that stock is kept to FIFO rotation
- Managing and rotating your team
- Coaching and training new team members
- Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
- Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Comply with Food Code of Practice
- Till Operator
- Monitoring stock levels
- Checking in deliveries
- Complete hourly, daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Follow security & safety procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers
- Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway® brand and customer expectations
- Being a strong and dynamic team leader
- Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales and catering for customer needs.

**Experience**:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- food preparation & handling: 1 year (preferred)

**Work remotely**:

- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-8 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
