Specialising in new build homes, HMO’s and voids.

Self-employed, experienced painter & decorator or a team of 2 painters required to decorate HMO properties in and around the Grimsby area.

Must have at least 3 years experience, be quick at there job, be able to work to a program, be able to wall paper using blown vinyl, be very reliable and be able to work to a high standard, you must take pride in your work and must have good attention to detail.

All painters hired by us will be trialed on the first property they do to ensure that they can work to our high standards (which is what we expect from all of our painters).

This is price work, all houses are priced at £2000

Prices include your own snagging

All operatives are paid the following week after completion of a plot

Must have a UTR number and NI number

CSCS card not essential

Must have white overalls, own tools and transport.

Monday to Friday and weekends if needed.

**Salary**: £750.00-£2,000.00 per week
