Are you a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant seeking supply work in the Lancaster area?

Due to an increase in demand, Veritas Education are looking for confident and experienced SEN Support Staff to work with in our clients SLD phase in the Lancaster area.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain immediate and flexible supply work in a number of excellent local schools and is a great way to increase your workload at a pace that suits you.

**Responsibilities and requirements include**:

- Professionalism, positive attitude, and patience.
- Confidence in the classroom and good behaviour management.
- Commitment to quality teaching.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

**Key skills & Experience**:

- SEN experience (Autism ,Challenging behaviour, life skills, personal care)
- Strong behaviour management
- One to one and small group work
- Professional manor
- Enthusiasm and friendly approach
- Basic Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Manual handling and hoists experience
- Personal Care

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained

You must have legal right to work in the UK

You must be willing to attend a registration interview

All pay rates that are offered will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Our working opportunities include temporary positions, permanent contracts and adhoc supply
