**Job Opportunity: Weekend Bar/Waiting Staff**

**Part Time Bar/Waiting Staff**

**Working Hours**

Flexible shifts available between Friday - Sunday.

Shift patterns explained during interview process

**Key Duties**
- Serve customers with confidence and in a friendly, knowledgeable and conversational manner
- Respect we are a brewery so learning our beers and confidence explaining them to customers is essential.
- Respond directly to customers, delivering our level of excellent customer service
- Ensure tap Yard and bar are clean and fully stocked before, during and after shifts.
- As well as bar work you must be proactive to tidy tables, collect glasses etc during quieter periods.
- When time allows, having confidence to communicate in a social manner with customers.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Work the bar with confidence including serving drinks to a high brewery tap standard.
- Operating the till with confidence & accuracy including handling of cash

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18+ as main part of the role is handling alcohol
- Bar/Customer service experience is not essential but preffered.
- Applicants must be personable and self-motivated, experience of working in a similar role is desired.
- Good customer skills and the ability to deal with the public
- Able to communicate well with colleagues and higher management.
- Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Some lifting and manual work i.e., restocking the bar will be required

**Desirable qualities**
- Experience in bar work including alternative drinks for e.g cocktails
- Brewery work with a knowledge and passion for beer
- Looking to progress to weekend Bar Manager
- Confidence in communicating with customers socially.
