Sales Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B telesales representative to contact potential customers and present our services in order to generate sales.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be a confident and excellent communicator at all levels. You must be comfortable with cold calling local businesses, obtaining the decision makers' details and presenting our services to them over the phone.
Your goal here at CityGroup is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers whilst developing existing business.
The role is offered on a full basis of 40hrs per week working Monday to Friday at 8 hours per day 09:00 to 5pm.
**Requirements & Skills**:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other B2B sales role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of computer programs (e.g. CRM systems)
The ability to learn about the services that CityGoup offer and describe/explain them to new prospects
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written english
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
The ability to handle rejection
Planning and prioritising your daily workload and constructively manage your own time
The ability to upsell our services
Creating and uploading content to our socials
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities in the North West region.
Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline by following up on inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales proposals and presentations.
Attend networking events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining databases, and managing customer data.
Contacting Potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
Ask questions to understand the customer requirements and potentially close the sale
Enter and update potential customer information on to our database
Ensure the services set up process is completed with the office team
Ensuring your sales targets are met or exceeded on a monthly basis.
Provide a detailed overview of the monthly sales figures and potential future prospects.
