**School Handyman - Crosby**
The role involves all aspects of general site management including planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage and security, ensuring that the school premises are safe, secure, well maintained and meet the needs of the school. The person will identify and undertake routine repairs, maintenance and improvement work on the school site. Approximately 50% of the role will be working outside at the College games field under the direction of the Senior Grounds person, preparing and maintaining the sports facilities.
40 hours per week, all year round 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
