Event Assistant

Booking and assisting with venue show rounds and meetings
- Preparing event schedules and floor plans
- Support with the operational of the day to day running of events such as conferences, weddings, parties and private dinners.
- Support with the initial set up and break down for events
- Able to work Flexible hours to facilitate the events which include some weekend and evening work
- Able to work with a small team and on your own initiative
- Adhere to company processes, policies and procedures.
- Act as a positive advocate of the company at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required and agreed with your line manager
- At least 2 years experience working within the events industry

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
