Landscape Foreman/woman

Madisons are recruiting a Landscape Foreman/Woman on a permanent basis to to join a reputable grounds maintenance company based in Potters Bar.

**Details**:

- Working Hours - 8:00 - 4:30 (Meeting in the morning at base for 7:30AM)
- Leading a dedicated team that will work over a large geographical area providing services to some high-profile clients.
- You will help to organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
- You will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate this. It would be beneficial that you have had experience in a similar role
- You will be able to carry out the full range of landscaping works: shrub hedge and grass cutting/pruning/planting etc.
- It is important that you are able to deal with the general public and customers alike.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (required)
- Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
