1 As assigned by Production Planner. Prepare and print all text and illustration work produced by the company’s project managers in accordance with WMT quality standards and in-house styles. Adobe suite is used but full training will be provided.

2 Manage printer maintenance, consumables, etc.

3 Liaise with Production Planner as required for work flow. Assist in administration tasks as per Production Planner’s requirements.

4 Liaise with Project Managers regarding individual print jobs.

5 Prepare, package and dispatch all outgoing work, recording and monitoring all package movements as far as possible.

6 Archive projects as required. Manage and store archives neatly and in good order.

7 Maintain print room, archive and store in good order.

8 Develop and maintain good relationships with fellow staff, managers and directors.

9 Undertake the necessary training to fulfil the main duties and skills set as required.

10 Undertake all other tasks, which may be necessary in achieving the overall goals and objectives of the organisation.

11 Follow all company policies as per company contract and staff handbook.
