Helpdesk Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrators to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham Basingstoke. This is a temp to perm position.
Responsibilities as a Helpdesk Administrator:

- Logging queries on the companies CRM system
- Dealing with any live issues and investigating discrepancies
- Completing specific trackers and performance reports
- Collate information and update business system
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers
Requirements for this position:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages
This position is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 14:00 - 02:00 and is paying £11.50 per hour.
