Head Housekeeper

We are looking to recruit an **Experienced Head Housekeeper** to join our team at our luxury self catering holiday accommodation at Balmeadowside Lodges outside of Cupar who will oversee and take responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning operations

This role requires a combination of supervisory responsibilities, operational support, and active participation in cleaning duties to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have experience of working to extremely high standards and have excellent attention to detail, together with strong leadership abilities and a hands on approach to work.

Duties to include:
Thorough cleaning of accommodation, arranging staff rotas, overseeing workloads of other staff members, organising laundry, maintaining stock levels, communicating with management and maintenance teams, inspections and qualify checks to maintain high standards, training of staff

Driving licence essential.
5 days over 7 to include some weekend work.

Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
