On behalf of a very reputable Bromley based construction business, I am seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled person who is competent in a variety of skills.

This well-established company offers comprehensive construction solutions for the domestic market and is currently supporting a vast portfolio of domestic improvement projects stretching well in to 2024.

Their typical customer base is situated south of the Thames, within a 15 mile radius of Bromley, Kent. You MUST be willing and able to travel between sites to assist where necessary, meaning that you will always be kept busy.

**Expectations here may be high, but the rewards are too**, as the business owner has a proven vision of providing a career path for growth to those who are willing to work hard and prove themselves.

The types of projects include:

- Single, Double and ‘Wraparound’ Extensions
- Loft Extensions
- Internal structural alterations
- New Build Properties
- House Conversions

The Multi-Skilled Tradesperson should be able to competently carry out some of the following trades:

- 1st & 2nd fix Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- Plastering / Boarding
- Internal Tiling, Grouting and Sealant work
- Kitchen & Bathroom Installations

If you are a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson who takes care and pride in your work, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

Preferably, you will already be self-employed and **have your own transport & basic tools**. After all, why would you want to be using someone else’s kit?
