**Role Type**: Permanent, full time

**So, what will I be doing?**
If you hadn’t already guessed, creating compelling brand content. Everything from multimedia assets across socials, web, apps, and paid media, to filming quarterly business updates with our Board.

This isn’t about just continuing with what we’ve already been doing though, we want you to challenge us creatively to drive commercial performance through content.

You'll form part of a close creative team that will shape and direct the creative direction of the business where you’ll partner closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to develop and define digital content strategies. Then convert videography and photography you’ve captured in-house or at events/trips into relevant formats ensuring optimisation.

**Day to day you'll also**:

- Have use of a Mac and Adobe Creative Suite for production and editing
- Provide recommendations for any equipment required
- Produce high quality multimedia storytelling that informs, entertains and engages with our audiences - covering pre-production to post-production and everything in between
- Handle audio, video, sound and lighting requirements
- Support the transition of bringing production capabilities in house such as editing, animation, visual effects etc

**Am I right the right person for this job?**
Whether you have a background in agency or client side, you may have even built your own strong social following through your compelling content, key to your success will be your ability to handle a camera and creating engaging digital content.

- A passion and up-to-date understanding of social trends
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability for storytelling through multimedia content
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing platforms
