**Team Overview**:

- The telecoms team you would be working in has 2 team members. It is a team that specialises in telecoms work and they have a good amount of autonomy to be able to deliver the works required.
- The team all work remotely but there are regular weekly team catch ups and the team work collaboratively.
**Role Overview**
You will be working with a team dedicated to working on a client’s project.
Services you will provide include securing wayleaves, obtaining permits to work, arranging access, disturbance/compensation claims along with other ad hoc requests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with other members of the team to allocate and then deliver the works requested in a timely manner.
- Report to client on a regular basis to advise on progress and to find solutions to more difficult cases
- Assist in the administering of Client Account by undertaking regular financial reviews and requesting top-up payments when required
- There is little need for site visits, so geographical location is not an issue.

**Key Skills**
- Experience in securing land rights associated with Telecoms
- Ability to manage and progress multiple projects at once
- Strong attention to detail
