MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Paraplanner for our IFA client based in the Hillingdon, London area.

The individual will provide a full range of paraplanning functions, ensuring client service and compliance is delivered and maintained at all times

**The role**
- Work alongside a team of paraplanners to support a small group of Financial Advisers
- Prepare suitability reports across a wide range of advice types
- Carry out any necessary technical research
- Work with the Financial Advisor to ensure the correct client outcome is achieved
- Communicate effectively with the Financial Advisor to manage expected delivery dates
- Responsible for managing process, tasks and complying with FCA guidelines

**Benefits**
- Salary: £31,500 with a bonus linked package that provides OTE of £35 to £38k
- 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays

- Hybrid working, open for discussion after probation period (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Study support for ongoing qualifications
- Level 4 qualified or working towards
- 1 Year of paraplanner experience
- Report writing experience
- Experience using IO and FE Analytics
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills; able to work independently and within a team
