**Overall purpose**

We’re looking for a friendly and personable IT professional with a mind for troubleshooting and embracing technologies and working practices across ABT.

You are not expected to have exposure to all technologies; however, it is expected that you will have at least 18 months + experience in essential technologies.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining the IT systems and telephone networks across the business.
- Responsible for cabling communication devices, PCs, and terminals.
- Responsible for co-ordination of new employees.
- Maintain asset register.
- Liaise with 3rd party support companies as and when required.
- This is not an exhaustive list.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Experience with ISO27000.
- Windows 10/11 (E)
- Office 365 (D)
- MS Server 2016 onwards (D)
- MS Exchange 2016 (D)
- Raspberry Pi or alternative devices (D)
- ERP manufacturing systems (D) - IFS
- Troubleshooting laptop, desktop, and mobile devices (E)
- Friendly user assistance deskside and remote (E)
- Device setup (E)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
