Sales Negotiator

Intercounty Estate Agents are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join the Sawbridgeworth team. We will also consider a trainee.

As a residential Sales Negotiator you will be expected to manage applicants and generate a sales result.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation
- Securing maximum quality viewings, valuations/instructions, financial services appointments and leads
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings

We are looking for the Sales Negotiator to:

- Posses strong negotiation skills with a passion for sales
- Hold a valid full Driving Licence and have access to your own Vehicle
