**£32,480 to £38,200 per annum**

**2 year fixed term contract (temp to permanent)**

**Holborn based (hybrid working)**

My client is looking for an experienced IT Trainer to work in the PMO team and ensure that the people are prepared to effectively use the technology tools at their disposal. This will be achieved though the development and delivery of training curricularelevant to specific teams across the organisation.

The technology trainer will have two broad areas of responsibility including to ensure that there is a constant provision of relevant training to users, both new and established, in the use of the technology suite available within the organisation and secondlywill be to support changes to the technology of the organisation by providing change-specific training and material as part of projects and changes to the technology suite.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop training curricula relevant to the skill development needs of all teams in the organisation.
- Develop training packages, including supporting documentation, how-to guides, and video content in support of the curricula.
- Deliver training in person and remote.
- Collaborate across technology and project teams to adapt and update training when new functionality is released, or changes are made to existing functionality.
- Support the implementation of change within the organisation as required through training provision.
- Provide ad hoc training as needs are identified.
- Provide induction training to new starters.

**Desirable Skills**
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics.

This role will be for an initial 2 year fixed term and will have the option to go permanent at the end of this period.
