**Production Operative**

£10.00 - £11.00 per hour + attendance bonus

Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 5.30pm.

Friday 7.30am to 3pm.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Being a team player and having a positive attitude
- Being responsible for your own timekeeping and attendance
- Doing your best work every day
- Working to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintaining the highest standards of 5S’s housekeeping and environmental management on the production line

**Essential qualifications & experience**:

- Educated to 16+
- Self-motivated to learn new skills and build on existing ones. We offer training and development opportunities to our best employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience of working with hand tools and air tools.
- Experience in unit fitting, bathroom fitting, electrical and gas fitting, mechanics, or general fitting is **desirable but not essential**. A positive working attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a new industry is.
