Trainee Insurance Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in insurance and to join a highly successful organisation, where you will be provided with full training on the job and the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualification

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and biweekly Saturdays, but the Saturday hours are only 9:00am - 12 middays.

What does the job entail?
- You will be working in a call centre environment, taking a lot of calls a day, whether that be renewals of insurance or sales
- You will be creating great customer rapports to create a tailor-made solution for each client you speak to
- You will get full training on the job and gain your CII industry recognised qualification
- You will work biweekly Saturdays, 8:30 - 12:00
- You will ensure that every customer has a simple and pleasant experience

What qualities do I need to have to become an insurance advisor?
- You will be confident over the phone and enjoy having conversations with people, listening, and building relationships as it is important that you really get to know your clients and thoroughly understand their requirements
- You will have excellent problem-solving skills - all your clients will be totally unique, so you will need to come up with tailor-made solutions as there is no "one size fits all" approach
- You may currently be working in a sales role and are looking for a new career, but you are not required to have any previous experience as the company offer on-site training, workshops, coaching, and will support you through industry qualifications
- You will be ambitious. The company promote from within, everyone in a leadership position started out as an insurance advisor - the company give you all the tools, all they ask from you is a desire to succeed
