**Pay - £22,000 - £25,000**

This hands-on role involves closely following the life of a company director, Tom, in their daily interactions with friends, business partners, and customers. You will be given full autonomy to develop ideas from a blank canvas and implement them into the structure of your work.

The focus is to continue and aid in building the online presence of Tom, through following their day to day life, which will in turn capture elements of each of their businesses, allowing for natural exposure of these businesses. Your role will be to document the life of Tom across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram - in a unique way. Your role will involve the planning, filming, and editing of dynamic, and varied content to be used across all social media platforms. The primary focus is to capture the life of Tom, but this role expands into taking control of all social media platforms across the businesses. The main focus will be primarily around a weekly vlog style which then can be broken up into short-form content, although we do need to focus on some short form which directly come from these clips and are shot purposely for the use of short form.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ⁠ ⁠Establishing an online presence for a Company Director showing authenticity
- ⁠ ⁠Creating and managing publishing schedules.
- ⁠ ⁠Filming, editing, and uploading vlog-style videos to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram showing the CEO’s day-to-day life, an insider's look at how business works, which will organically show the businesses owned and ran by the CEO.
- ⁠ ⁠Generating creative ideas and proposing innovative content delivery methods.
- ⁠ ⁠Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to showcase Tom’s life and highlight his businesses.
- ⁠ ⁠Working closely with Tom to discreetly capture their day-to-day activities and natural environment.

What Is The Business Itself? Tom runs a second-hand / used furniture company; many of his day-to-day tasks surround collecting and delivering items to and from customers and suppliers. Tom also runs an online education company. The purpose of documenting Tom’s day-to-day activities is to promote this.

**About You**:

- ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a social media role is desired but not essential, as this is a newly created position, growth in the role is important.
- ⁠ ⁠Genuine passion for social media and content creation.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills to integrate seamlessly work with Tom and the rest of the team daily.
- ⁠ ⁠An artistic eye for visual aesthetics, particularly in creating original content.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent time management skills to split responsibilities across various social media channels for Tom and to be consistently posting across the businesses’ individual social media platforms.
- ⁠ Competent in using Premiere Pro to a high level.
- ⁠ Competent in using Adobe Photoshop (_not essential_)
