Billing Analyst

Our client is a leading entity within the global mobility industry who provide relocation, logistics and storage services to corporate and private customers all over the world.

They have been providing their services for over 50 years and continue to grow whilst providing a great work culture and commitment to employee well-being and development.

Due to their constant success and growth, they are looking to add a Costing Analyst to their team in London. You will be required to enhance business performance by identifying gaps within booked jobs, revieing where better margins can be made and analysingtrends in performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- To review and process all AP invoices into the team and flag up training issues within the wider team
- To find ways in which to deliver improved Revenues and Gross Margins, where possible
- Provide insight and analysis to the business costings
- Assist in standardising and improving current processes and workflows
- Report on product margins, coordinating with business managers to explain drivers
**Experience**:

- A background working in the storage, logistics or global mobility industry will be strongly advantageous for this role
- Experience in Account Analyst, Audit Analyst and/ or Business Analyst
- Excellent proven analytical skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and able to effectively prioritise your workload dependant on deadlines and changing requirements
- Proficient in using MS Office, and able to show strong communication and customer service skills
