**What you’ll do**

As a Content Editor, your key duties will include:

- Creating digital content using various platforms and software including written user guides, interactive eLearning courses and instructional videos to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
- Collaborate with other team members and other departments during all stages in the development of products and services to ensure supporting digital content meets the customers' needs
- Thinking innovatively. Research, understand and adopt new and different ways of creating training content to maximise customers’ self-learning experience enabling them to understand the system easily and efficiently
- Analyse customer feedback and evidence improvements to existing content based on the feedback we receive from our users
- Help shape the eLearning content style for our Learning Management System (LMS), EMIS Academy
- Thoroughly proofread other Content Writer’s work, ensuring that it is grammatically and factually accurate and that house style, brand guidelines, tone of voice and audience personas are adhered to

**Who you’ll be**

We’re open to a wide range of previous industries and experience for this role, but it would be great if you have
- A genuine passion for excellent customer experience including examples where you have provided an excellent experience and/or the ability to explain what excellent customer experience means to you and how you would go about it
- Experience of creating and managing digital content
- Ability to process large amounts of content to simplify and explain complex issues
- Transformative attitude and examples of where you have identified and implemented opportunities to improve ways of working
- An understanding or interest in learning about healthcare and the NHS
