Job Title: Ponmo Production Specialist

Are you a master of the art of Ponmo making, carrying the secrets of this traditional delicacy in your skilled hands? We are seeking a Traditional Authentic Cook to join our team and contribute to the legacy of this beloved Nigerian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process cowhide to create authentic Ijebu Ponmo using traditional methods.
- Expertly season and flavor ponmo according to traditional recipes.
- Ensure product quality and consistency through precise craftsmanship.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and uphold the quality of our ponmo.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of traditional Ijebu Ponmo cooking techniques.
- Proven experience in crafting high-quality Ijebu Ponmo.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining authenticity.
- Ability to work within a team and uphold hygiene standards.
- Passion for preserving and promoting the heritage of Nigerian cuisine.
