**Lead Maintenance Supervisor**
**Location: Woking**
**Salary: £43k**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of supervisors and oversee all maintenance and repair projects
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Ensure that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed
- Train and develop team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to complete their tasks
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all team members
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (Essential)**
**- SSSTS Health and Safety (Desirable)**
**- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (Essential)**

**Experience**:
**- 2+ years’ experience of supervising maintenance repairs/project works (Essential)**
**- 3+ years line management experience (Essential)**
**- 5+ years relevant trade experience (Desirable)**

**Skills and Attributes**:
**- Excellent leadership and management skills**
**- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
**- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills**
**- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance**
