**What the day will look like**:
Working within a successful, welcoming and professional team, the role will be defined as but not restricted to the below;
- Be accountable for Working Capital and KPI deliveries in collaboration with our offshore partners and the Business
- Be responsible for engaging and chairing regular meetings with each area to address any credit control issues and escalations
- Engaging with the business, Clients, Insurers and third parties to ensure Bad debt reductions are delivered
- Work closely with offshore partners to ensure processes are adhered to.
- Provide oversight to existing processes, challenging any redundant requirements as model evolves and ensure we deliver continuous improvements
- Effective communications with Aon clients and offshore, delivering expected outcomes
- To act upon escalated credit control referrals where voice activity required.
- Whenever appropriate, call out issues to the Fiduciary Team Lead.
- Be available to attend ad-hoc meetings with line manager or clients on material topics of concern
- Any other relevant activities appropriate to the role

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Experienced Credit Controller working within the insurance industry
- Ability to build relationships to achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and able to work to detail and deadlines
- Able to plan and prioritise
- Ability to identify, engage with colleagues at all levels
