Junior-Mid Level Graphic Designer Manchester (flexible and remote working)

Salary £25k - £35k (Depending on Experience)

BiSN are looking for a Junior-Mid Level Graphic Designer to work in a newly formed exciting and growing global team with a marketing office in City Centre Manchester, Corporate Headquarters in Warrington, a Research & Development Facility in Houston, Texas and partner offices in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Perth, Australia.

You will have a great eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling and communication.

You’ll be creating exceptional designs across a wide range of media for print and digital.

You are experienced in creating user driven web experiences that function across a variety of devices.

You will be comfortable driving briefs and conceptual work forward.

You’ll get to own the brand, following a recent interim rebrand, you’ll have the opportunity to build on this and make it your own, shaping all future direction.

With a passion for design being a prerequisite, you will be expected to produce graphic design of the highest quality to help BiSN stand out from the crowd.

You will need to have a strong passion for design, illustration, photography, video and typography, use your creative flair and have an eye for detail and consistency.

Having previously relied on large marketing agencies, we have built a new in-house team from the ground up. You will report directly into the Global Head of Marketing.

In this Junior-Mid Level Graphic Designer role, you may at times have a high workload to deliver, so you will need to be flexible, highly organised and be prepared to work hard and at pace.

The Role: Using industry software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and XD to create visually appealing designs.

BiSN has excellent veteran staff members who can help nurture other learning opportunities in 3D animation, photography, videography, graphic design, web design and web development.
- You’ll understand and interpret in-house briefs.
- You’ll attend creative meetings to discuss expectations and desired outcomes of design.
- You’ll present draft designs and consult with senior management and engineers to reach a desired outcome.
- Confident, intelligent, methodical and with a lot of common sense you’ll need to be tough, at times knowing when to fight for your creative choices and when to acquiesce.

**Experience Required**:

- 3 - 5 years in a fast-paced marketing team, agency or brand side
- Passion and enthusiasm for design with a quality portfolio to demonstrate
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone
- Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
